After a decade of full-time university teaching and years of experience teaching younger trombonists, I’ve developed some…confident opinions about how to play and teach the trombone. I regularly question my methods to make sure my students are getting the best I have to offer in each trombone lesson, and if all goes according to plan, I will share my ideas with you here.
